Agreement To Proceed

Once we have decided together that the One Day Build is right for you, we will send you:

A contract and invoice so that you know what you're signing up to and what costs to expect.
A link to our calendar so that you can choose a date that suits you, your business (and us).

Design & Content Discussion

This is where we start our research to develop ideas for your website design. Taking our lead from you and working with our design team, we will begin to scope out the structure of your website and ensure that your brand (logo, fonts & colours) are matched. We also develop a 'game plan' for build day.

Post Build Follow Up

Running a website is not just a one hit thing, so we will reach out to you and make sure you are continuing on your journey of being a responsible website owner and give you any advice you need.

Pre Build Preparation

The One Day Build needs some preparation and planning. You wouldn't expect us to just turn up on the day and start typing....

So we'll send you our website preparation guide. It comes with clear instructions so you can collate the bits and pieces we need to ensure you get the most "bang for your buck" on the big day.

Build Day

It's the BIG DAY....

We work together side by side to build a website you are proud of. We'll show you how to use the key elements of your software and guide you through a number of decisions about layout and content,

By the end of the day you will have learned how to use and continue to grow your site after we're finished.

Maintain

We want to make sure you don't lose control of your website and it continues to perform at it's peak so our package includes our 12 month 'Optimize' care plan so you can be confident your site is going to be secure from hackers, always up to date, backed up in case the worst happens and performing at its peak.

WordPress Training Videos

We'll install the most up to date WordPress training videos on your dashboard so that you can keep learning and developing your website

Google Analytics

We'll set up and test Google Analytics on your website so that you can analyse visitor information to help you plan your marketing strategies.

SSL Certificate

We'll install an SSL Certificate on your site so that site visitors sharing personal information with you can feel it is secure and safe

Branded 'Coming Soon' Page

We'll create a branded 'coming soon' page for if you have a reason not to launch at the end of our build day or want to carry on building.

We'll install the premium version of our favourite page builder which is packed with useful design modules for more engaging pages and content

We'll set up and test Facebook Pixels on your website so that you can analyse visitor information to help you plan your marketing strategies.

You OWN the website and all it's content- it's not rented or leased from us. Hosting can be transferred into your name at anytime after the first 12 months**.

In Person Training

On the build day it's you and us, hands on and working together to build the site. By the time the day is over, you'll know what we've done and how to continue adding to it.

* You can downgrade your Care Plan (see options), however, if you choose to subscribe to the 'Hosting only' Care Plan, the cost of all premium tool licences will be transferred to you to renew yourself

** You are free to transfer your website to a new host after 12 months, however they may be a fee payable if we need to provide your new host with information/support/download files etc...

What does it cost?

Our One Day Build cost is £995 GBP plus a monthly fee of £69 for our Optimize Care Plan which is compulsory for the first 12 months.

The TOTAL FIRST YEAR cost is £1,823
